Terms of Service – Pharmacy Weight Loss Woking

Pharmacy Weight Loss Woking | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of our online pharmacy and weight loss clinic services. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Woking is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments to patients in Woking and across the United Kingdom. We operate in compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical consultation questionnaire before any prescription can be issued. Our prescribers reserve the right to decline treatment to any individual for whom the requested medication is deemed clinically unsuitable or unsafe.

You must not use our services if you are currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or have an undiagnosed medical condition that has not been declared. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided during consultation is truthful and up to date.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines are issued only following an independent clinical assessment by one of our registered prescribers. A prescription will only be generated where treatment is considered clinically appropriate for you.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. We do not issue paper prescriptions for onward use at third-party pharmacies. Our prescribers are not obligated to prescribe any specific medication requested by a patient.

Repeat prescriptions may be issued at the prescriber's discretion following a review of your progress and ongoing suitability for treatment.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

You will not be charged for a prescription if our prescriber determines that treatment is not appropriate for you. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your existing order.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out via a tracked postal or courier service to your specified UK address.

Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location has been authorised.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once a prescription has been generated and dispensing has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds, in accordance with Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription medicines from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the issue without delay.
